In order to leverage the power of augmented reality (AR) technology, Manufacturer wanted to improve their customer experience and sales training. However, they had no idea how to go about this, and were looking for an agency that could do an in-depth feasibility study of their needs and come up with a solution that fulfilled their objectives.

Digital Agents Interactive was able to help Manufacturer achieve their goals by building an AR platform with two modes: one for sales experience and the other for training. Only the sales staff had access to the training function, allowing them to improve their knowledge and skills in a convenient and engaging manner.

The application allowed users to scan a physical product and explore various components of the product by adding digital information on top of it. In cases where the physical product was not available, the user could bring a 3D model and explore it in the real world using markerless AR technology. This provided customers with a more engaging and interactive experience, allowing them to explore the product in greater detail and make more informed purchasing decisions.
