Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales and Delivery Head.
  • As the Presales and Delivery Head for XR & AI Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leading presales activities and overseeing the successful delivery of XR & AI projects. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to delivery.
  • This is an individual contributor role and you will be expected to take initiatives that drive outcomes
  • You will be reporting to the CEO
  • Key Responsibilities will include – Presales Consulting, Client Relationship Management, Delivery Oversight and Team Building

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales Consulting:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospective clients and understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Lead presales activities, including solution architecture design, proposal development, and presentations to clients.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, highlighting the value proposition of our XR & AI solutions and their alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions to showcase the capabilities of our XR solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and acting as a trusted advisor on XR & AI technology trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering long-term partnerships.

3. Delivery Oversight:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including XR & AI developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance evaluations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of presales specialists, project managers, and XR developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and advance their careers within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Program Management, Project Management, and Consulting skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in presales leadership and project delivery within the XR & AI industry, with a strong track record of successfully driving business growth and delivering complex XR & AI projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of XR technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, GenAI and their applications across various industries.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, CompTIA CTT+, etc.) are a plus.
