Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Specialist (XR & AI).
  • As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our XR and AI solutions across various industries. Leveraging your expertise in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management, you will identify strategic opportunities, forge partnerships, and lead the development of customized solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape within the XR and AI industries.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to develop strategic business development plans that capitalize on growth opportunities and drive revenue.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including enterprise businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions, to understand their challenges and propose tailored XR and AI solutions.

Partnership Development:

  • Collaborate with technology partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities and expand our reach within target markets.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, and market presence.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and generate accurate sales forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management roles within the technology sector, preferably with experience in XR, AI, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong understanding of immersive technologies, XR, AI, and their applications in various industries
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
